With over 20 years of industry experience, Sharon Pearson gained a wealth of experience working in senior management positions in the UK and internationally.

Sharon is responsible for day-to-day management of the back-office functions of the business including Systems, HR, Administration, Finance, Marketing and Compliance.

Away from desk, Sharon enjoys spending time with her family and socialising with friends. Her perfect day is a hike in the Derbyshire countryside with her husband, children, and dog, followed by a relaxing drink in the beer garden.
